Beats of My Heart

Beauty is a relative term. What may be beautiful  to one, may not interest to another. Mothers always thought their kid’s face is most beautiful in the entire world. A lover thinks their beloved’s face is more attractive. Sometimes nature too, seems more beautiful than at other times, like in spring flowers bloom, and all is beautiful.

The beauty we have, may slowly fadeout when we are aging, and at old age everyone looks  ugly, due to wrinkled skin and bent physique.

Every day, lot of money spent on beauty care and cosmetics. I know, one small plant called Aloe Vera. This is a widely known, small tropical plant that grows even in small pot. I have experimented for some time with aloe gel extract on skin to control rashes. On continuous use for a month, I found that, my face is glowing and wrinkles lessened to some extent. I have suggested this to some of my friends, and they too got satisfactory results.

Aloe gel is useful for age spots. Instead of spending so much money on chemical creams, it is better to look at nature solutions. In fact, Mother Nature provides so many answers to all our problems, whether they are physical or psychological.  Aloe also useful for cleaning of bowels.

Keep the body free of chemicals by using natural products whenever possible. Let us use our discretion to better our lives. Let us eat wisely.
