Life’s like a bubble.
Yesterday one of my relative died of Cancer. He was young and handsome. But he is a chain smoker and addicted to booze. I am very sad; in fact, I cannot sit or stand, on hearing this news. Loss of near and dear is a great sorrow, not only to all of us, but also same for all creatures. See the black crows. They wander over the dead crow to show sympathy. This is natural outcome of our hearts. Even enemies take a moment to remember the dead person.
Lot of thoughts came to my mind. Life and death are natural phenomenon, but we rejoice the birth, while we grieve death. We can’t extend the life span, on the contrary we lessen it, by consuming harmful alcohol, smoking cigarettes, and addicting to narcotics etc.
See the Chinese and Japanese grandpas and grandmas. Their life secret is, eating traditional foods, using natural medicines, no addiction to alcohol smoking etc..
Good health promotes our well being and life span. Poor health makes the life difficult and burdensome.
My heartfelt condolences to my relative’s family.
