Nutritious food is needed..
Nutritious food is very important to have a healthy body. Nourishing diet not only gives energy but also helps to keep us active for a long time. We will be prone to more health problems if our diet is not nutritious. A survey by WHO clearly points malnutrition is the root cause of most diseases. And the rate of malnutrition is at alarming level in almost all countries.
Eating everything available, do not provide nutrition either. Besides it makes us glutton and crate digestive problems.
We need a balanced diet that includes carbohydrates, fats, and proteins in proper ratio. It is not correct to take diet that includes predominantly carbohydrates, or contains fats or proteins. We need all of them in balance. Fruits, vegetables and whole grains have great nutritious value than animal meat. Of course a slice of meat is not a problem.
A handful of peanuts, oats cereal and whole grain bread, a slice of cheese and a glass of fruit juice, sufficiently providing me energy I need. I have stopped using salt and minimized sugar and sweets. This diet plan improved my health considerably.
You must design your own diet plan according to your energy requirements. Make a promise to follow it strictly. This will improve your health and energy levels.
